The room was a good size, very clean and the fridge and air conditioning worked well. The location was central and convenient to many attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful.
There was no safe in the room and no information provided about the surrounding area. The breakfast was very basic and there were no brochures available in the hotel.

Great Service and Cleanliness During my recent city trip, I had a great experience at this hotel. the service provided by the staff was top, notch , always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help with anything I needed. the room was spotlessly clean, making it easy to relax and feel comfortable during my stay. the location was also great , close to key attractions and easy to get around.

Located in the heart of the city, close to the bustling Old Quarter and just a stone's throw away from Hanoi landmarks, making it easy to explore. the rooms are generally clean and come with a decent sized bed and air conditioning. the staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel provides a tasty breakfast with a variety of choices.
Be wary of the lack of some common services such as safes in the rooms and brochures about the surrounding areas.

We enjoyed the funky themed rooms, and the hotel's location near the bustling center of this city was ideal for exploring both the Old Quarter and Hanoi landmarks. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating to our needs.
